Schedule and record behavioral observations to reinforce safe work practices.
Essential steps
- Access the Planned Work Observations module from the side menu.
- Schedule a new observation indicating the scope (position, task or worker) and the responsible party.
- Perform the observation by recording safe and unsafe behaviors on the form or checklist.
- Record the findings detected during the observation.
- Refer the improvement actions to the action plan for follow-up.
